Job Role
MGI Malta is seeking to engage a Senior Auditor/Accountant to assist in servicing local and international clients. The successful candidate will form part of a young team and work on a range of clients operating in a diverse range of industries. You will be expected to apply your knowledge to conduct assurance assignments effectively, prepare accounts, compile financial statements under GAPSME and IFRSs and within defined timeframes.

Skills Needed
We are seeking a candidate with at least two years of experience working in a similar environment, however applicants with less experience will also be considered. Candidates having a good working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and GAPSME will be given preference. Moreover, you will be expected to possess excellent English and (preferably) Maltese spoken and written skills, a good analytical mind and be prepared to work seamlessly within a small audit team. You should possess a degree in Accountancy or similar qualification. Further on job training will be provided.
